Mirage has quickly become one of the best Legends in the game. He was buffed moderately in Season 19, but his perks this season really make him shine. Mirage can cause utter chaos on the battlefield with his platoon of decoys. He basically has a never-ending supply of said decoys and can cause a lot of confusion in the game.

Seer is finally viable again in Apex. Receiving tons of nerfs after his release; Seer has been at the bottom of the barrel for the longest time. This season shows why he was not buffed in the previous seasons, as just adding perks has made him a broken Legend. Seer has once again claimed the crown for one of the best recon Legends in the game right now. He has also risen in pick rates, as almost every team has a Seer in them.
Wattson – Static Defender

Wattson is the ultimate defensive Legend in Apex right now. Her already strong kit was made even better with her perks. Wattson is the best for blocking off small areas late in the game. She can stop her team from being bombarded with ordinances while providing a large area of shield regen. She can also help her team stock up on ordinances of their own using her falling stars perk.

Their ultimate remains one of the strongest in the game and one of her perks allows her to throw it more often, adding to her overall power.
Revenant – Synthetic Nightmare

On top of that, his perks make his tactical skills more powerful than they already are, allowing him to engage and disengage from fights quickly.
